How long does it take to receive My Winnings?


Cashout requests are processed 48 hours from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your Cashout Request, from within the "Awaiting Process" box in the Cashier, and return it to your primescratchcards.com Account Balance.

After 48 hours, the status of your Cashout Request will change to "Processing" and you will no longer be able to cancel it. You will be notified by Email when your Cashout Request is Delivered and the money is sent to you.

NG International, Ltd. (the operator of primescratchcards.com), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cashout requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.
